Dota 2 Clinkz Bone Fletcher

Clinkz the Bone Fletcher was released in the past dota 2 patch update. The hero is pretty sick and the model is good as well. Will he own the dota 2 pubs as much as dota 1 or we will see noobs ruining the heroes reputation?
